Breakfast The eggs and bacon were cold, coffee machine makes a lot of noise . The airco in the room was broken and gave a flashing code and the could not stop it.

Todo queda cerca El personal es súper amable Hay clientes que hablan muy alto en el patio cuando bajan a desayunar temprano, y molestan a los clientes de las habitaciones del patio. Deberían poner un cartel avisando y comunicarlo en recepción a la llegada al hotel. En los pasillos de las plantas no se grita, pues en el patio tampoco.

Mejorable Localizacion Ducha de hidromasaje no funcionaba. Limpieza balcón mejorable. Nevera perdía agua. Poca empatía para poder anular habitación tras cambiar las circunstancias personales y de número de viajeros. Vamos que me comí la habitación con patatas ya que no me dieron ninguna opción, ni anulación, ni cambió de fechas ni nada......

EXCELENTE La ubicación es espectacular, estaba todo muy bien, el personal muy atento. Tiene una ducha fantástica pero no estaba bien limpia, el agua no salía 100%

Très bien placé Plein centre.bien décoré L'amabilité de la jeune femme qui nous a reçu. Très très gentille. Pas assez de lumière. Pas de lampe de chevet.pas de plateau de courtoisie.

Faltan detalles Ubicación. Las cortinas dejan pasar la luz. Falta intimidad en la habitación al estar en frente de las setas si abres la cortina te ven. La du ha de hidromasaje no funcionaba. La mini nevera perdía agua. La poca empatía de la administración al cambiar las circunstancias del viaje y no darte ninguna opción para anular reserva.....

EXCELENT We spent a really good time at hotel palace Sevilla. The staff was really nice. our special thanks to Khawla who let us practice our Spanish with her and gave us informations and recommendations, And to the night receptionist who advised us on activities and beautiful places to visit. Great location. Pleasant hotel with character. Inexpensive. Roof top bar. Ideal if you arrive hot and thirsty. Inexpensive. Great views and sounds of the square below. Breakfast. Adequate if you’re in a hurry but plenty of alternatives just outside the front door.

Stay this month The location was perfect. The rooms are loud, I hear my neighbours alarmclock. On the website says; included drink on the rooftop and a free personal item but i did not get it. Why is it on the website then? The shower is nice, no hydromassage shower in normaal room. Small room but enough for sleep, bed was fine.
