EXCELENTE Su localización. Dos cosas puntuales, el primer día cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación había un olor un poco raro. La segunda es que el calor que hacía en la habitación cuando llegábamos de la calle era considerable si bien entendemos que es un problema de la orientación que nos toco,por otro lado decir que el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente pero hasta que se bajaba un poco la temperatura hacía calor.

Helpful and friendly staff The staff were amazing! Very warm and helpful. Even let me storw my suitcases after checkout till I flew out that evening. Would stay again!

Pillows could be improved, no indormation in room re hotel, location, number/s to call for reception or housekeeping etc, no laptop as promised, free minibar was 2 jugs of water with either lemon ir orange in reception area!!!!!! Location, cleanliness and size of room As per above

EXCELENT Brilliant location, easy to get everywhere. Lovely small boutique hotel. Great air conditioning during a 45degree heat! Finding it can be difficult- hotel is not in the sat nav- ask them in advance for driving directions. Car parking is €20 per night! The hotel is opposite the mushroom sculpture plaza, so views are only of this or non existent, and it can be noisy in the evening, but safe and our room was right at the front and really quiet once inside.

Not as good as expected The location was good. Stuff was friendly. The bedroom was clean. The aircondition did not really cool down. It was too warm in the room. The shower was not good. The breakfast could be better.

Ottimo Hotel Ottima posizione! È possibile raggiungere in poco tempo a piedi, se vi piace camminare, le varie attrazioni culturali. Sotto l’hotel ci sono molti lacali dove mangiare ottime tapas. Stanze silenzione.

bien las chicas de recepción No comprendo como tuve que sacar el coche a las 14,30 horas. Solicité que se quedara hasta las 18 horas y no fue posible. Dije que pagaría las horas restantes. El parking a las 14 horas estaba vacío. En próximas visitas a Sevilla tendré que buscar un hotel en el que pueda dejar el coche cuando me vaya de la ciudad y no tener que estar buscando un parking nuevamente. Rectificar es de sabios, no hacerlo ....
