Hotel excelente Desayuno muy completo El hotel tardo mucho en gestionar a unos huéspedes borrachos y estuvimos desde las 05:30 hasta las 06:30 sin poder pegar ojo , gritos por todo el hotel y golpeando todas las puertas de las habitaciones , creo sinceramente que debe procederse de forma más eficaz para con los huéspedes que estábamos descansando .

The rooms are very noisy! The location. The rooms are very noisy and our room had only one little window, it was very dark. We Can’t change.

Great location, newly refurbished room. Great location. Clean beds,Carlos very welcoming member of staff and girl behind breakfast counter pleasant. All but one of the girls behind the reception seriously need hospitality industry training. Felt like you were invading their personal staff room each time you walked through reception. No pleasant smile or acknowledgement, not at all engaging.

EXCELENTE ESTANCIA Me gustó todo, estuvimos muy agusto y es un hotel muy bonito, el trato genial, todo muy bien. La zona en la que está ubicado , para mí una de las mejores de Sevilla. Volveremos!!!!
